Valentine's Day is just around the corner, so I thought I'd make up this cute little sheep that shows his love! He's 7 1/2 inches long and almost 6 inches high. He's made out of muslin that I stained myself. His feet and nose are hand painted on and then sanded just slightly. His heart and bow around his neck are a red and green plaid homespun that has also been dyed lightly. The heart is stitched on with green thread. Around his neck you will also find a rusty jingle bell and a prim tag that reads "I love ewe!" He will sell for $5, so if you're interested, please email me at heartwoventreasures@charter.net Thank you for checking me out!

I was busy this weekend making these oh so cute little blocks. These two pictures actually show the same item. On one side of the blocks is the word "wish" on the other is "hope". If you purchase this item you get 6 -1" blocks that are painted a country green with a medium blue for the letters and the shapes. I've sanded them and added a stain on top to make them look really old. They came out awesome! One side says "wish" and is shown here with stars. One the back is the word "hope" with hearts. This item is great for a ledge or a counter where people can see both sides, as neither side shows up backward. I can customize this for you (colors or words) at no extra charge! The cost for this item and anything similar is $5. Please email me at heartwoventreasures@charter.net if you are interested in purchasing this item. Thank you for checking out my Heart Woven Treasures!

Here's my newest item for sale. It's a piece of pine with the phrase "Memories found here" stenciled on it. The board itself is painted a country yellow, the words are a slate blue. The whole piece was then stained and distressed to look primitive. At first, I wasn't happy with this piece of work, but now it's one of my favorites. In fact, many more are in the works right now!
The sign is 3 1/4 inches tall and about 25 inches long. A sawtooth hanger is attached to the back for easy hanging. This item sells for $8.00. If you are interested in purchasing this item or if you'd like a sign custom made, please email me at heartwoventreasures@charter.net
Thank you so much for looking!

Here's my first group of items for you to take a look at. Since it is January, notorious for snow, I decided to go with the theme of "Snowmen". The first picture is of a snowman I call "Lil' Snow". He's about 6 inches tall (including his blue and green plaid hat) and about 4 1/2 inches wide at his widest. He has a hand stitched, orange nose and small button eyes. He has one primitive button in the middle of his belly. A primitive tag with his name is attached with a rusty safety pin on his scarf (which matches the hat). A rusty star on his hat finishes him off quite cutely.
The second snowman is much bigger at almost 9 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide. His primitive tag says "Let it snow" and is also attached with a rusty pin. He, too, has button eyes, 2 buttons on his belly, and an orange hand stitched nose. His hat and scarf are a dark red and off white stripe.
The last picture shows 2 little accent pieces. One is a bucket of "snowballs" and the other is a snowman stitchery. The snowballs come in a rusty, 2 inch bucket with a small sign that says "snowballs". A piece of green, plaid homespun fabric is tied around the bucket's handle. The stitchery is 2 5/8 inches wide and 4 1/8 inches tall. The wood itself is painted a country white and then made to look old. The stitchery is on black fabric and attached to the wood with 4 rusty nails. Two rusty jingle bells are attached to the black wire hanger.
All my fabric is hand dyed with my "secret ingredients" to look old, so there may be some spots that are darker than others. Most everything is hand sewn by me. If you are interested in any of my items, please email me at heartwoventreasures@charter.net and I will get back to you.
Thank you very much for looking. I hope you enjoy my heart woven treasures!

It's always been my dream to have my own primitive/quilt shop, so with the new year only days away, this is my first step! Each week I will post some of my items that are available for sale. I will provide my email address so that if you're interested in purchasing an item, you may contact me and we can set it up. Time is short right now, but by the end of the week, I will have a few images up for you to view. I hope you enjoy Heart Woven Treasures as much as I do. Thanks so much for looking!
